Objective:
After this session, you will be able to apply agreements with yourself to enrich your relationships with others — without even having to involve the others — and enrich your relationship with yourself. You will be able to use the Facilitator’s Guide and accompanying music and slides to guide others to do the same.
We will cover:
- Seeing, hearing and experiencing from different perspectives
- The power of seeing what we believe and focus on
Prior to this session:
- Read Chapter on Agreement Ten: I agree to see the best in myself and others.
- Complete the Focus on Today exercises at the end of the chapter. Record your responses in your journal.
After this session:
- Start your own Gratitude Journal. Daily, in a separate blank book, write down one thing you appreciate about someone (could be you) or some situation you’ve been critical of.
- Email your Program Facilitator with a list of your current challenges for which it is hard to see blessings in disguise.
- Meet with your buddy at your regularly scheduled time between sessions.
- Capture your Insights in this form. Either you or your buddy can do this for both of you.
