Objective:
After this session, you will feel confident that the material provided in this program will support you in leading your own Revolutionary Agreements programs, specifically the Facilitator’s Guide and the Member Site. Additionally, you will see how applying the Revolutionary Agreements implements the core competencies of the highest level professional coaches.
We will cover:
- Core coaching competencies
- Cocreating relationships with your clients based on Truth, Acceptance and Gratitude
- Effective communications
- Facilitating for optimal learning and results
- Resources — including your member site and comprehensive Facilitator’s Guide — to support your delivery of the 12-week program, Revolutionary Agreements: Enriching Relationships from the Boardroom to the Bedroom
Prior to this session:
- Download this front section of your Certification Program Guide to have handy either electronically or in print during our session.
- Read the front section (8 pages) of the Certification Program Guide. Unlike the Facilitator’s Guide, which is highly experiential, the Certification Program Guide is information-dense. To maximize our time together during the first session, please read carefully and click here to email any questions you would like addressed.
- Reread the ICF Code of Ethics. You accepted this Code of Ethics during your registration process. Please submit any questions about this Code that you would like addressed by email prior to our Certification Opening session.
- Download and print this portion of the Facilitator’s Guide for Certified Coaches. Place your printout in a folder and have it handy during our session. At the end of your Certification Program you can create electronic “teleprompter” notes and/or bind all sections together into one Facilitator’s Guide – and you’ll be ready to lead your own program.
- Sign up for a Zoom account (free) if you don’t already have one. Add your photo to your Zoom account profile; it will maintain your place in the room when you turn your video camera off should you need to leave your computer temporarily. Use the name you would like to show under your video picture. Take advantage of the free video training Zoom offers.
- Download and review “How NOT to Look Ugly on a Webcam.” Practice with a friend! Get comfortable with video conferencing.
- Choose an accountability buddy if you know others taking this program. Email me with the name of the participant you’ve chosen OR let me know if you prefer I assign a buddy to you. You and your buddy will be supporting each other in embodying the Agreements and capturing new insights throughout the program.
After this session:
- Meet with your buddy once between sessions for about 15 minutes. Choose a regularly scheduled day and time for your weekly calls. Consider using Zoom for these calls, especially if you’d like additional practice with Zoom.
- Capture your Insights on this page. Either you or your buddy can do this for both of you.
Thank you. Enjoy the journey!
